This Music Monday is one of my favorite songs, Self-Conclusion, by one of my favorite bands, The Spill Canvas, on one of my favorite albums, One Fell Swoop. This song is just so well written and has helped me get through some low times. It’s a big reason why I consider Nick Thomas (lead singer and songwriter) one of my heroes.

Although I like the album version of the song more than this video, I love the explanation he makes before he starts to sing. Give it a listen.

This one goes out to my best friend who turns 25 tomorrow! I introduced her to The Spill Canvas and may or may not have had her hooked on them for a bit. I had the privilege of bringing her to the One Fell Swoop 10th anniversary tour show in Denver back in 2015. Happy birthday ChanChan!
