So much I want to write about, but not enough time/energy/patience to do it. Work has been crazy busy, which is good. We’ve broken our daily sales record, as well as our weekly sales record (twice!) so far this month. It’s been pretty epic. It’s also been basically my whole life, and the lives of some dedicated team members due to us being short staffed. I’ve seen the dream team shining this July. Only a couple more weeks before summer starts to slow down.
I’m coming up on a week into my most recent minor concussion recovery. Biking is fun. Battle wounds can be cool, and I’ve definitely got some from this crash. Headaches? Not so much. Wear your helmet! You know I always do.
I recently finished reading a book call The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson. I want to dive more into some ideas in this book later when I have more time. But if you’re looking for a good self-improvement type read, this one is really good. I highly recommend. I’ll hopefully get around to posting some of my deeper thoughts on the book within the next week or so.
Go make someone smile today.
